Leaked emails from Sony business owners revealed there may be plans for a “Fantastic Four” and “X-Men” crossover motion.
The Daily Beast reports e-mail addresses between Michael De Luca, co-president of production for Columbia To discover, and Amy Pascal, co-chairman behind Sony Pictures Entertainment, revealed “X-Men” writer Simon Kinberg allegedly tested plans for a crossover.
“[Simon] Kinberg told me fox within the steering Xmen and Fantastic A few into an eventual team up tinting film, ” wrote De Luca. “Seems to me maybe, since the Spider-man world itself is deep, you fellas should look at sinister six, fresh spidey, female movie and venom as linked pieces leading to inevitable mega movie ala Feige because Fox and not stand alone single dvds. It’s early in all these and you may still map out a blueprint to get connective tissue. ”
FOX has never confirmed the “X-Men” and “Fantastic Four” crossover, but there are insurance policies for individual films including “X-Men: Apocalypse” and a boot for the “Fantastic Four” reboot. According to The Daily Beast, their Sony emails also revealed insurance policies for a Spider-Man cameo in “Captain America: The Civil War. ”
“The new Spiderman iPhone 5 case [sic] in cap 3 were able to just appear in his own film, pc sinister six or a kick camel spidey film of his own, then simply intro in cap 3 and loving people would be cool with it, ” Deluca wrote.
“I really feel, in my coronary of hearts, that the new Spiderman iPhone case [sic] in covering 3 could just appear in his personal film, be it sinister six along with a kick ass spidey film behind his own, after that intro in covering 3 and people would be cool inside, ” wrote De Luca.
Generally the “Fantastic Four” reboot will be out of your to theaters on Aug. 8, 2015. “X-Men: Apocalypse” is scheduled for a May 27, 2016 excretion.
